Every calculation happens locally in your browser. There is no backend, no database, and no data sent to a server. Files you upload to the Shutter Count Checker are read on-device and discarded when you close the tab. The Golden Hour Calculator sends city name queries to OpenStreetMap for geocoding — that is the only outbound request the site ever makes.
